A portrait series about women, just as they are.
I've spent years photographing women. Different ages, different bodies, different stories.
And over time, I've found myself drawn more and more to the simplicity of it all.
A woman. Beautiful light. Nothing unnecessary.
No elaborate styling. No fancy sets. No expectation to look a certain way. No need to arrive as a more polished version of yourself.
That's where Reclamation comes in.
I'm creating a collection of portraits that celebrates women as they are, right now.
The bodies we live in. The faces that change with time. The little details that make us recognisably ourselves.
You can wear your favourite shirt, a simple dress, lingerie, or be photographed with nothing but carefully draped fabric.
There are no rules about what makes a woman worthy of being photographed.
And I'd love for you to be part of this series.

Why I'm creating this series
For a long time, beautiful portraits of women have been associated with getting dressed up, having our hair and makeup done, and looking our absolute best.
And there's nothing wrong with any of that.
But I want to show something else, too.
I want to show women with their natural skin, their own hair, their changing bodies and the features that make them who they are.
Styled portraits are any less authentic, but I believe there should be more space for this kind of photography, this art.
This is for women who don’t want a makeover. For women who haven’t been photographed in years.
And for women who simply want to see what happens when they step in front of the camera exactly as they are.
This is more than just how women look in their skin, it’s about how they FEEL in their bodies. The sides of themselves they want to be seen. The safety they feel when they see themselves as ART just as they are.
That's what I'm building with Reclamation.
I want to photograph more women as they are, not as they think they need to be.
Sessions take place in October-December 2026.
Once spaces are filled, bookings close.

There is no obligation to purchase additional portraits however most put their booking fee towards their order. Portrait collections begin at $1500 and wall art at $650 and desktop art options at $400. Interest free payment plans are available to suit every budget.

Not at all. You’re welcome exactly as you are. Professional styling is available if desired.

Photoshoots take place during March through to August 2026 in my Bannockburn, VIC, studio.
You are allowed to exist in exquisite photographs.
You are allowed to take up space.
You are allowed to be witnessed.
You are allowed to see yourself as ART.
