Casey officially launched her business 6 months ago, however, it has been years in the making. She knew that she wanted my own Mobile Bar and since then a lot of them have popped up! The craze had well and truly hit, so she knew she had to offer something a little different. Prosecco is such a celebratory drink that Australians love and is enjoyed all year round so she thought this would be a great option. Although Prosecco is their drink of choice, Miss Fizz can offer anything from Classic Cocktails, Beer and Cider.
“I started my business so I could have my own creative outlet and do what I love which is making people happy and offering a unique experience.
We are very versatile and offer a different experience for every booking from styling, drink options and set up. Our most popular option is our ‘Soirée Packages’; they all include a cocktail on arrival, 3 hours of bottomless local Prosecco, wine and some styling, grazing or even games! These are most popular for bridal showers/hens parties. Our Wedding Packages are by the hour and we also offer a BYO option which is very popular and affordable. We understand the Pink Van isn’t for everybody or may not fit into every space so we have Pop Up options available also.
I love that we are offering an experience, not just a ‘bar offering’, our cocktails have been thoughtfully created with every taste in mind. We are eco-friendly and love supporting local businesses.
I have been in Hospitality since I could start working, this is where my passion for cocktails, wine and events was born. I most enjoy planning my own events, my next one will be at Rusty Gate on January 18th: “Summer Soirée” which will be a chilled out day including Live Music, Grazing and Summer inspired Cocktails.
