I am a portrait photography brand specialising in contemporary portraits for the modern woman. What I offer is a magazine-stylephotoshoot experience with full styling however you want to be photographed. I SPECIALISE in photographing women. What does that mean for you? That means you are in the very capable hands of someone who knows how to light and pose women of all ages, shapes and body sizes to showcase their authentic beauty and create portraits they truly love.

During your consultation at my studio or on the phone we will discuss how you want to be photographed and design the perfect photoshoot experience for you.

The Body & Soul experience is not about a makeover transformation. It’s about looking like yourself and feeling like a model in all the best ways, while still being gently guided during your time spent in front of my camera.
YOUR CONSULT
Your experience starts with your consult, either in person, over the phone or via zoom to chat about how you would love to be photographed and the types of images you’re drawn to. I’ll go over the experience with you, explain how it all works and answer any questions you may have.
WARDROBE & STYLING
After booking your photoshoot I’ll send you through information on how to prep for your session and ask you to put together a Pinterest board with images that you love. Once you’ve sent through your inspiration board we’ll chat outfits and styling to bring your vision to life.
WOOHOO IT’S PHOTOSHOOT DAY!
Your Body & Soul portrait experience starts with gorgeous natural hair and makeup. I work with incredible hair and makeup artists that can style you beautifully, and even add a bit of glam if that is the look you’re after.
Your photoshoot will be so much fun and you’ve got nothing to be nervous about. I’ll pose and light you beautifully and guide your expressions so that your images are stunning, connected and authentic. I have never had a client leave my studio less than feeling like a Queen so please don’t feel nervous, I’ve got you!
THE REVEAL
Following your portrait session is your reveal and ordering appointment. This is when you come back to my studio and you get to see all your beautiful portraits and decide what you want to buy. Depending on your photoshoot you will see up to 30-50 portraits. You can purchase a Folio box and place all your images into it for safekeeping, choose a stunning album to look through, gorgeous wall art to decorate your home or any combination of the above.
My products will be on hand at your reveal and ordering appointment to look at and touch. We can even design a beautiful gallery wall to display in various enlargement sizes complete with your choice of finish.
What you buy is entirely up to you.
My job is simply to take the most beautiful portraits you have ever seen of yourself that you want to buy them all!
BODY & SOUL PHOTOSHOOT PRICING
SESSION FEE
Portrait session fee is $400 for weekday and $500 for weekend bookings. Tania Fernandes Portraits takes a limited number of bookings a month and weekend dates book out quickly so please consider this if there is a particular date you require your portraits by, I recommend booking 8-10 weeks in advance.
Your session fee includes complimentary natural hair and makeup, your design and styling consultation either on the phone, via zoom or in person in my studio where we discuss how you would love to be photographed and the images we can create together, your 1-1.5 hour studio photoshoot (time for 3 outfits), standard retouching and your reveal and ordering appointment approximately 2 weeks after your photoshoot to view your beautiful gallery and choose the images you would love to own.

2. Prepayment Plans
These plans are the most popular among my clients as it takes the pressure off and allows you to make smaller payments leading up to your photoshoot. It also enables you to unlock some COOL bonus options that you can choose for FREE! Check them out here. Let me know if you’re interested in a prepayment plan and I’ll send through the paperwork to set it all up.
3. Post-session Studio Payment Plans
These plans are customised for each client and set up at your Reveal and Ordering session. Your total invoice will be split into fortnightly or monthly payments and can be paid over 3, 6 or 12 months. Your products will be ordered once full payment is made and your payment plan is finalised.
4. Take home Lay-by
Want your gorgeous products straight away? These take home lay-by payment plans are offered through Payright. Your total invoice will be split into fortnightly or monthly payments and can be paid over 3, 6 or 12 months depending on the value of your total order.. Your products will be ordered once the Payright application has been approved and will arrive in 4-6 weeks. You can set up pre-approval prior to your photoshoot or apply at your Reveal and Ordering appointment.
